Harry is the Director of Gambling Policy here at the Public Health Advocacy Institute. Harry holds a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. 

He has been recognized as an Internationally Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I).  He is published in journals, newspapers, and magazines and appears on television and radio addressing the prevention and treatment of gambling disorder.
