Through our affiliation with Northeastern University School of Law, we seek big ideas to advance public health and justice
We have brought successful cases across the nation through our Center for Public Health Litigation, including landmark tobacco cases, e-cigarette and vaping cases, litigation aimed at predatory gambling practices, and litigation aimed at stopping the deceptive marketing of sugary drinks.
