March 24, 2026—The Public Health Advocacy Institute filed a landmark product liability lawsuit against a series of defendants engaged in the development and distribution of online sports betting platforms that relentlessly push addictive live in-game microbets.

January 14, 2025 – PHAI has filed a class action suit against Abbott Labs for misleadingly marketing its “toddler milk” products to parents and caregivers of children aged 12 to 36 months.
