Harry levant
Harry Levant serves as the Director of Gambling Policy here at the Public Health Advocacy Institute (PHAI), where he leads efforts to promote public health reform and regulation in the gambling industry.
Harry earned a Master’s in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University and a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University. A recognized Internationally Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I), he is dedicated to the prevention and treatment of gambling disorder and is an active member of several professional organizations.
A respected voice in the field, Harry has been published in journals, newspapers, and magazines, and frequently appears on television and radio to discuss gambling addiction and its prevention. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to addressing gambling-related harm through advocacy, research, and clinical expertise.
